Fresh flowers are perishable goods and must be handled accordingly.


Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Orders are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.

Payment must be received in full before orders are prepared or dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Supply or availability issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued where appropriate.


Delivery & Collection

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Correct delivery details are provided

  • Someone is available to receive the order, where required

  • Safe authority-to-leave instructions are given if applicable

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect details, inaccessible locations, or factors beyond our control (including weather or traffic conditions).


Refunds & Quality Concerns

As a general rule:

  • Fresh flowers are non-refundable due to change of mind

  • Any quality concerns must be reported within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy and supported with clear photographs

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
