Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas

We offer local delivery within selected suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. Our delivery areas, fees, and availability are outlined on our Delivery Information page and may vary depending on location.

If your suburb is outside our listed delivery zones, please get in touch before placing an order — we’ll always try to help where possible.


Delivery Days & Cut-Off Times

Delivery days and same-day cut-off times are listed on our website and may vary during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.

Orders placed after the same-day cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.


Delivery Timeframes

While we do our best to deliver within preferred time windows, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Flowers may be delivered anytime between 9:00am and 6:00pm, unless otherwise stated.


Authority to Leave

If no one is available to receive the delivery, and Authority to Leave has been provided, flowers will be left in a safe location at the delivery address.

Once an order has been left as instructed, responsibility passes to the recipient, and we cannot be held liable for loss, theft, damage, or weather exposure.

If no authority to leave has been given and delivery cannot be completed, re-delivery fees may apply.


Incorrect Delivery Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Inaccessible properties, gated communities, or restricted entry locations

  • Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients

Additional fees may apply if re-delivery is required.


Delivery to Businesses, Hospitals & Apartments

For deliveries to workplaces, hospitals, aged care facilities, apartments, or venues with restricted access:

  • Please include clear instructions (unit numbers, reception details, delivery notes)

  • Delivery is subject to the venue’s acceptance policies

We cannot guarantee delivery directly to the recipient if access is restricted.


Click & Collect (Studio Pickup)

Studio pickup is available by appointment from Rosewater, South Australia.

Pickup details, time windows, and instructions will be provided at checkout or via confirmation email.

Orders not collected within the agreed timeframe may be subject to forfeiture due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.


Seasonal & Perishable Nature of Flowers

Fresh flowers are perishable goods and are prepared as close to delivery time as possible to ensure freshness.

Delays caused by weather, traffic, supplier availability, or events outside our control may occur. In such cases, we will always aim to communicate promptly.


Peak Periods

During peak periods (including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and major holidays), delivery volumes are significantly higher. While every effort is made to deliver all orders on the selected date, delivery time windows may be broader during these periods.


Candles & Home Fragrance

Candles and home fragrance products may be shipped via Australia Post or a local courier.

Shipping timeframes for non-perishable items may vary and will be outlined at checkout.
