About us

Welcome to Herbs & Homesteading—a place where slow living, nature’s beauty, and handcrafted magic come together.

What started as a simple gardening journal has blossomed into a thriving business, inspired by my love for traditional craftsmanship, the English countryside, and the timeless rituals of home. With deep English heritage, I’ve always felt a strong connection to farmhouse living—the scent of fresh bread in the oven, wildflowers gathered in a sun-warmed kitchen, and the flicker of candlelight on a quiet evening.

The Story Behind the Business

Herbs & Homesteading began as a way to document my journey of growing my own food, crafting with natural elements, and embracing a slower, more intentional way of life. Over time, it evolved into something bigger—a way to share that passion with others through handcrafted goods that bring warmth, nostalgia, and a touch of magic into the home.

Every candle, wreath, and perfume I create is inspired by memories, seasons, and storytelling—whether it’s the golden glow of an autumn afternoon, the crisp scent of a garden after the rain, or the comforting aromas of a farmhouse kitchen. Each piece is designed to transport you to a place of coziness, connection, and beauty.

What We Do

At Herbs & Homesteading, we craft:

🕯️ Smoke cleansing wands & aura mists – Infused with intention and natural elements

🍞 Sourdough bread & homemade goods – Offered at my roadside market stall in Rosewater

💐 Workshops & gatherings – Bringing people together through creativity and tradition

🌸 Countryside-inspired perfumes – Evoking the charm of farmhouse kitchens, wildflower meadows, and rain-kissed gardens

A Business Rooted in Love

At the heart of everything I do is my son, Ollie. Watching him grow up surrounded by nature, kneading dough at my side, and helping me pick flowers from the garden has deepened my love for this way of life. He reminds me to see the world through curious eyes, to embrace the messiness of creativity, and to cherish the simple moments. This business isn’t just about making beautiful things—it’s about building a life that feels whole, connected, and filled with love.

The Future of Herbs & Homesteading

One day, I dream of opening a small store—a space where I can sell my products, fresh flowers, and hold workshops that bring people together through creativity and connection. A place where the scent of fresh bread and blooming florals fills the air, where you can pick up a handmade candle or a foraged wreath, and where slow living is not just an idea but a way of life.

Through Herbs & Homesteading, I hope to bring a little piece of that magic into your home, filling it with warmth, fragrance, and the beauty of handcrafted living.

Thank you for being here. I can’t wait to share this journey with you. ✨🌿

With love and wildflowers,

Kels x
