There’s something truly special about slow, intentional living—growing food, crafting with care, and sharing the simple joys of the home and garden. That’s why I’m so excited to introduce the Herbs & Homesteading Pantry—a roadside market stall filled with small-batch, homemade and homegrown goods, created with love and the rhythms of the seasons.
Located at 14 Jennifer Street, Rosewater, the pantry is a little slice of my homestead, offering a rotating selection of handcrafted and homegrown delights. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings, I stock the stall with fresh sourdough, preserves, florals, and other seasonal treats, all available for you to take home and enjoy.
What You’ll Find at the Pantry
Everything in the Herbs & Homesteading Pantry is made the way I love to create—using organic, high-quality ingredients, grown or sourced with care. Depending on the season and what’s coming out of the oven, garden, or apothecary, you might find:
✨ Fresh Sourdough & Baked Goods – Slow-fermented loaves, sweet and savoury treats, and rustic bread straight from my kitchen.
✨ Everlasting Wreaths & Florals – Handcrafted arrangements using flowers from my garden, dried to last.
✨ Hand-Poured Soy Candles – Natural, botanical-infused candles with nostalgic scents and cozy warmth.
✨ Homemade Jams, Pickles & Relishes – Small-batch preserves made with fruit and vegetables from my garden and local farmers markets.
✨ Posies of Fresh & Dried Flowers – A little bouquet of magic for your home.
✨ Duck Eggs – Freshly laid by my two sweet ducks, Beatrix & Clementine.
Each visit will bring something new, reflecting the changing seasons and what’s flourishing in my garden and kitchen at the time.
How the Honesty System Works
The Herbs & Homesteading Pantry runs on an honesty system—a beautiful, old-fashioned way of buying that relies on trust and community. Simply choose what you’d like, and leave your payment in the cash tin provided or via the payment details listed at the stall. It’s a small way to embrace slower, simpler values in a fast-paced world.
Why I Opened the Pantry?
I’ve always loved the idea of sharing what I create in a way that feels personal and connected to the land. This little roadside stall allows me to offer the things I love making—from loaves of sourdough to hand-tied posies—without the formality of a storefront. It’s a way to bring a touch of homestead magic to the local community and let my garden and kitchen nourish others as much as they nourish me.
If you’re in the area, stop by, browse, and take home something special. Thank you for supporting local, handmade, and homegrown—it means the world to me.
With love and light,
Kels x
